By using an Eldora Studio product you agree to these terms. They exist so both sides know where they stand — no tricks hidden in the fine print.
What you're using
Our products are independent software experiments, most of them offered free while in beta. They are provided "as is": features may change, credits and limits may be adjusted, and a product may be paused or discontinued at any time. If a product ever moves to paid plans, nothing will be charged without your explicit action.
Your account
- You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- One person, one account per product. Automated mass account creation is not allowed.
- You can delete your account and all its data at any time by contacting us.
Fair use
- Don't use the products for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, and don't submit content you have no right to use.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the services, or to bypass credit and rate limits.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the free-credit system.
Your content, your results
Whatever you submit stays yours, and the results a product generates for you are yours to use — commercially included. AI-generated output can be wrong or incomplete; review it before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eldora Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of free beta software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, during beta, is nothing.
